At the end of July, the Department for Education (DfE) announced that it will be pausing the plan to defund existing post-16 qualifications. This means that learners starting their studies at Ãå±±½ÒÃØ Sixth Form College in September will continue to have a choice of Level 3 pathways in the vocational courses we have offered previously at Ãå±±½ÒÃØ Sixth Form College.

We know that many students were interested in the larger vocational courses (Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care, and the Childcare Early Years Educator Courses) as they are worth the equivalent of three A Levels - and have always yielded excellent results. The good news is, we are now able to offer these courses as part of your study offer.

If you have any questions about the CACHE courses in the subjects above (or any other courses), please email Miss Boulton (jboulton@congletonhigh.com).
